Our background is construction
-Tom grew up working for his father's building/ remodeling business and has many connections in the trades that his customers often work with. Tom has also helped realty clients update and flip multifamily homes and preexisting homes of all types.
-Greg has represented buyers/builders on over 700 newly built homes. The build process can be overwhelming but working with a real estate agent expert simplifies things. Greg's realtor experience is valuable for ensuring you achieve what you set out to accomplish.
